Federico and Alicia supported my family of five during our relocation from the United States to Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, and their assistance was invaluable throughout the process.
From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and highly organized. Relocating internationally with children can be stressful and time-sensitive, and their guidance significantly reduced the complexity of the process while ensuring that every step was handled correctly.
Their support included both housing and administrative assistance, including:
Searching for suitable rental accommodations and coordinating with property owners
Managing correspondence with us and with owners before, during, and after check-in
Scheduling and supporting our registration appointment at Jerez Town Hall
Scheduling fingerprinting appointments at police stations in Puerto Real and Chiclana

“When we started our journey to relocate to Spain we were pretty lost in the endless scrolling and messaging of properties available through apps like Idealista with little to no response. We weren’t even quite sure of which city we wanted to settle in since we had never visited and wouldn’t have had the chance to before making the move. After a few months of searching on my own I reached out on several Facebook groups for expats in Spain for help with narrowing down my desired location and for tips on how to rent through the apps. That’s how I found FL ProServices. They reached out and offered help and I am so glad they did! Working with FL Proserv ices has been an easy and delightful experience. They took the time to get to know what we were looking for as far as a community to live in, our education and transportation needs, and our cultural desires. They were instrumental in helping us decide which cities to target and find properties within our budget. They were thorough with not only inspecting the properties we were considering but also with the neighborhood and local schools. After a month or so searching they found our dream house to rent that checked all of our boxes. FL ProServices negotiated the rental contract and made sure the landlord prepared the property to their standards. Before moving in they were in contact with us to help to make the move as seamless as possible. This was a relief because we were traveling with kids and pets and had a lot to coordinate and consider. Thanks to them we moved in right on schedule and came to our new home with a stocked fridge and cupboard. They even had the foresight to go to the store for us before we arrived! When I say that FL ProServices is full service, I really mean it. Even after moving in they helped with setting up wifi, understanding and transferring our utilities, following up with the landlord about more repairs needed, enrolling the kids in the local school, and filling our government paperwork to establish residency.
